Nuptials at the Kimpton Eventi Hotel

We love celebrating new beginnings at Lovely Events NYC! This wedding with an urban theme was rustic, elegant, and romantic all in one. The bride and groom said their vows underneath a rustic arch adorned with the most gorgeous flowers and greenery to make the room pop, yet with a romantic and uplifting feel. The wooden chairs, eccentric row of greenery, and simple bows on each row added to the romance in the room, setting the stage for an incredible beginning for the bride and groom.

The reception at the Kimpton Eventi Hotel was a continuance of the celebration of love and excitement between the bride and groom. Since it was an NYC wedding, we decided to give it a little ‘flair.’ Rather than your typical table numbers, we orchestrated tables by site seeing landmarks, such as the ‘Statue of Liberty.’ It was truly a fun way for guests, especially out of town guests to get the true vibe of the area and it was a great conversation starter!

To add to the urban theme, we strategically used wooden signs throughout the room to give it that rustic, yet romantic look. The ‘Welcome to Our Beginning sign greeted guests as they walked into the room, along with gorgeous favors for them to take. Then, each guest had a wooden nameplate at their seat, to commemorate the reason they were there celebrating.

Completing our urban look was the gorgeous backdrop comprised of incredibly lush greenery and a ‘Better Together’ sign. The pictures the bride and groom have of their time at the head table are just incredibly gorgeous with the pop of color that contrasts with the bride’s pure white gown, making sure our bride and groom have pictures to treasure forever.
